Gots me my exhaust manifold back, woohoo! :). It's not cracked, so im pretty happy. It did have a pretty big chunk blasted out of the flange where it had been leaking though, probably a good 0.5mm deep... I had it surfaced and checked for flatness on the other flange as well, was fine :). I pulled the old studs out and only buggered one of the threads, yay. One helicoil later and its as good as new.
Wrapped the thing in heat shielding as a mate had heaps left over. Hopefully it actually does something, apart from looking absolutely tits :).
