ECU Chip is Nearly there!

Post by flav »

Our new chip (ZOOM/AUNGER) is currently being tested, if it comes up to specs then we will be offering it soon! There may be a tad of soldering involved, or we could do it for you. Either way it will be a superb bargain to all the gang... for that little bit of extra we all hang out for.

...and we tested the one before this one on Dallas' bike. :D

I find the proximity of that engine to ones testicles somewhat disturbing.

VL's are for someone who can't afford a skyline but is willing to spend the cost of a GTR modifying it.

It looks like an x24 to me, if there is such a thing. There's another row of pistons under the carbs with another set of spark plug wires.
What's with the extra two pistons at the front with their own little carbs?

Edit: Here's a bit of an explanation http://www2.hunterlink.net.au/~ddped/joebody.html

Ah, now the penny drops. I wondered if these were linked in some form. Can you tell me does the chip remove the boost cut? Any other details about the programming of this chip you can let us in on?

Thinking of putting into the Galant as one it's running rich under full boost, yet it's running super lean (too lean) under minimal load/cruising.

Cheers
