1 to change the light bulb and to post that the light bulb has been changed
16 to share similar experiences of changing light bulbs and how the light bulb could have been changed differently
6 to caution about the dangers of changing light bulbs
27 to point out spelling/grammar errors in posts about changing light bulbs
50 to flame the spell checkers
48 to correct spelling/grammar flames
7 to argue over whether it’s “lightbulb” or “light bulb”
...another 6 to condemn those 6 as anal-retentive
2 industry professionals to inform the group that the proper term is “lamp”
15 know-it-alls who claim they were in the industry, and that “light bulb” is perfectly correct
154 to email the participant’s ISPs complaining that they are in violation of their “acceptable use policy”
118 to post that this forum is not about light bulbs and to please take this discussion to a lightbulb forum

For goodness sake, Wantsom, "Its" has an apostrophe, and stupid is not spelled with a double-o.
It's shouldn't not "shouldnt" JD_Stazza_Brendan, and acronyms should have periods between the letters (i.e. F.A.Q.). Not that you'd know it from your punctuation, but surely your post was intended as a question? In which case why was there no question mark? If you want to get technical, I believe lightbulb should actually be hyphenated as well.

And most, if not all, of you need to brush up on either capitalisation at the beginning of a sentence, or even worse, a period following one.
If this forum was anything to go by, one would have to conclude that proper punctuation of the English language is dead!
