Anyone got kids?
Matey,
I sit mine on my lap every Sunday night and let her drive around the block a few times. I do the pedals and she steers, but i have my hands on the wheel too.
Then one day my dad takes her down to the Rye carnival and she's begging him for a go on the bumper cars...my dad says to me the next day, 'your daughter knows how to drive better than most the grownups on the bumper cars'.
I thought i better not say anything! My mum would think badly of me for that one, but i dont see it like that. I remember asking dad for drives when i was younger too, at 13 i was taking the car out when they were away and at 16 i would be driving to school when my folks were in Europe. I know this has led me to an advantage for car control as my brother never asked to drive and he couldnt drive at all when he was 18.
Now she has advanced to driving the 300ZX and is always wanting me to floor it! :o

I remember when me and my sister were little, dad would get us to tell him what gear to put it in next and when. Of course at that age we had no clue, although I distinctly remember getting the shock of my life when we told him to put it from 4th to 1st at probably 70kph . rofl
