I wouldn't mind that number plate garnish from the dark blue JA. Side tabs from it intact?
Turbo heatshield that sits on top also & stereo console if no one else interested in it??
Oh, and that turbo water line and thermostat housing...

Those light tan seats are probably worth keeping as long as they are not badly torn in the centre where the pattern is! They need a good clean though!

Probably a long shot.. but would you be interested in parts being couriered up to queensland? If so.. what condition is the gearbox's in? Any aftermarket clutches/flywheels etc? Wouldn't mind a spare for what i intend to do...

GormzZ the stock box will not hack drifting for long.IMHO you will need either an RX7 or W 58 box .

JDSTAZ
-Heat shield and water lines are still good,
-Rear garnish is cactus, only one of the rear screws remain :( why must Mitsubishi make it look as if the rear hatch is opened by pulling on it  every time anybody goes to open my hatch they reach for the garnish :glare:
-What thermostat housing were you after? JA or JD? Are they the same?
-Stereo surround has been molested in both cars :x

GORMZZ
- One box is know to be very worn, other is in in unknown condition

From my experience these are only good for drifting if they're in very good condition, rebuild and replace sincros would probably be the cheapest option but they don't seem to like frequent high RPM shifts so probably best look into alternatives if the budget permits :beer

Sorry I'm holding onto the Bonnet to reunite with my JB when I feel like a change :beer

Cooper
Dash switches are still working but slightly sun damaged. Housing is cracked around the bottom screw.

Still have the JD motor, want to hold onto the block / long crank to build twin cam for the track car when time permits, willing to sell manifold, head, loom, turbo ect...

Thanks :pimp

How annoying is that :( , I can't seem find a half decent rear aussie number plate garnish....damn :?
The JDM ones are not wide enough to hold the standard number plate size!
With the thermostat housing, I'm assuming the metal water line that runs around the motor connects to the thermostat?? So, a JD one is what I'm after....and return line I suppose.
Please confirm as I'm not sure. I have a 2.6L and Dash 12V set up which are different.
Please advise what price you are after for the above items and plz let me know what sort of dosh for the JD head and mani (via pm). Providing Redzone is not interested in it!

Actually, if the side tab is the only thing broken on the rear garnish, I'm happy to take it!!!
They also seem to crack on the bottom section where the 2 bolts are at the back ..are the cracks there as well??

I have a US one and Vic plates you just need to fold both sides of the plate right along the outline. I just did it in my vice at home...easy.

Yeah, currently on my standard everyday number plates I don't have a problem with putting a slight bend on them to fit.
However, I was looking at getting personalised plates which I don't wish to bend.

Move to qld Mal, we have usa/jap sized personalised plates for sale here :P

I'm keen on the jd bits, please pm me a price bud. I can organise shipping through trans-direct, u would just have to box it up & be there on the nominated day etc :) Does it have the cross over pipe with the inlet air temp sensor? As mine is broken...

JDSTAZ

I will check for you when I collect the car but I think the side tabs are both broken and one if the screws have snapped at the back leaving only one connected

RedZone

No worries what parts are you after exactly? I will disassemble and clean all the parts and inform you of their condition before we negotiate a price, shipping won't be a problem as I can make a crate to put it in at work and ensure everything is packaged safely :beer
