Dark grey/silvergrey is very discrete...
Orange is not... :D

What look do you want?
Stripes?
One tone, two tone?

only problem with dark grey is that people forever pull out in front of you as they dont see you.. and it's invisible in the rain!

there are some nice organic colours in the VE commodore range..
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.

do it in the original maroon over champagne two tone - nothing beats that look on a staz

or of course you could go red.. then it'd be faster.

Good point there!
Up here in the cold north it's not realy a problem, since we have a law on "lights on all the time"... DRL or low beam! (Not to see, but to be seen!)

But still... one of the best and nicest colours!
2 ralleystripes in hemi-orange(-metallic) to go with it?
And sublime-green pinstriping to inhance the contrast?
And I'm not pulling anyones leg...

I have allready retrimed the hole interior in black leather with the xr6 lightning pattern in dark purple down the centre thats why i was thinking dark grey and some sort of purple stripe and the more i think of it i become unsure what it would look like .

1 vote for red. Goes great with a black interior. Timeless colour.

IMO silver. Best colour for a narrowbody Starion easy!
Even though red is my fav colour, silver starions still look the best.

Black interiors work well with most colours.

Silver looks good on a n/b.
