Guess its my way of saying the widey is a awesome looking bit of kit :beer
Haha it's alright, there's no way in hell I would be able to afford it anytime soon! Besides, Jas would be silly to sell it.

None of the 4 buildings in the backround have been built yet, + they spent about a year banging in piles before starting them which was fun.

So over the last few weeks my car has been feeling a bit slower than it was. I figured I was just getting used to the power. But when I pulled the exhaust manifold off I found a very large crack almost all the way around the turbo flange!

I pulled it off because Im got this from 4gpwr :D

How do you not cook the underside of your bonnet Jas?
There's no shield and a massive turbo...
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...
Increase engine performance & prolong engine life...
How?

Ive got a turbo beanie for it. Keeps the heat in the ex housing very well. I can touch the bonnet with my hand after a good run and its fine :)

Not telling :P
But I will say for the time and quailty of work in it, it was well priced :)
Couldn't be happier with it :)

You may need a heatsheild between no 1 runner and the compressor outlet as they seem very close in the pic

Jas is concentrating on the exhaust side of things at the moment . He has been looking into different options for the indexing of the compressor housing.
