Had myself a bit of a spur of the moment cruise on saturday out to Bathurst to watch the race meet. Also wanted to celebrate my car being fixed after leaving me stranded one night last week. Yes, for the first time in years I had to do the 'tow home of shame' behind the NRMA van.
Wished I'd thought about it earlier to get some more Stazs out there, but I didn't even know if she'd be running (luckily for the first time ever it turned out to be an easy fix. Very un-starion like). So for her good behaviour she got a wash and a long drive :beer
Really enjoyed watching the old Group A cars run around the track (and of course Bells Line of Road)
Perhaps a few of us should all try & head out that way?
