you made 328 rwhp @ 16 psi SOHC... so an extra 2 psi and TC... ???
400hp @ 18 psi would be huge... :D

Will be no probs to get 500hp with 2,3 stroker, 61mm induser, 270degr. cams and 18psi....


I'm gonna go with 497hp om crank, on a "safetune"!

18 psi! I'd have to say 397hp atw. 7000rpm.

I'm only aiming for around 350 whp and will probably adjust the boost to suit thatamount of power BUT I would be rapt if I ended up with the numbers that some of you have predicted :D

you'd be pretty disappointed if u didnt make 370 rwhp at 18 psi with that turbo spec..
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.

that's a massive amount of $$$ spent for a 22hp gain from your previous setup..? What was your true goal with this exercise, if not the excessive power?

I happened to have a spare TC head ,block etc and did a bit of bartering to keep costs down + selling off my sohc head & manifolds helped soften the blow as well

its not all about the maximum power, the twin cam should give a better torque curve

Hey Dave you know that I'm just an old over the hill decrepit pensioner with slow reflexes and one foot in the grave and I don't think I could handle much more than 350 BUT if the numbers you predict come up I,m willing to give it my best shot :wink:
