The last four times I've called the guy (with the intent to pick the parts up and give them to someone else to do) he hasn't answered his phone. I know that he knows when I've called as he's stored me in his phone. I think he's avoiding me, the bastard. I'll keep calling him...

Went past and wrote the guy a huge note asking when I could pick the bits up. Gave him my reasons to take my business elsewhere. That was before Australia Day, shoved the note under his door. I'm going to have to call him again. One of these days he'll answer my call.

He answered my call and has seen my note.
Apologetic and all. Was not quite pleading for another couple of weeks.
And I'm not quite buying it as genuine.
I even offered to help him...he reckons he just needs more time.
I'm going to annoy him again in a couple... :x

Pity you guys are 10 hours away (give or take).

Not that I'd give the job to the current guy, he's stuffing me around way too much...

Yes, get it done. I have a selection of bent ones and a cracked glass one to choose from :glare:

I have a mate in sydney who can mae a mould. I would recommend malking the actual bumper/spoilers out of some typr of polyurethane like the stock bumper, as they handle the bumps a lot better

You're more likely to get this done than me right now.
Plus you have leverage, you can 'guilt" a mate and it'll probably get you a result.
Someone you don't know couldn't give a stuff unless it hurts their back pocket...and even then... :wtf:

sometimes you just gotta make em face the harsh reality. You set a deadline, and if they don't meet it, pay em a visit and take back your stuff. Nothing personal, just business.

"I'm sorry I've gotta go elsewhere now, but I had set you a deadline, and I expected you to deliver. I have x people waiting on this product and I had told them I'd have the parts by now. I can't keep waiting for you mate, I'm sorry."
