Group Buy - EOI - Twin Cam Thermostat outlet adaptor
OK - Update.
Spoke with the engineering place. It all looks good. The piece will be cnc machined in 3 parts. The flange plate, the body and the outlet pipe. All will be in aluminium and threaded and O ringed. We will make flat sections with holes drilled and tapped for the various hoses and temp sensors.
A ball park cost will be around the $130 - $150 mark maybe a little bit more if we want them anodised.
I will tighten up on pricing over the next few weeks.

I'll be ringing the dude and chasing these up today-he has the drawings of Merlins one and I'm keen to go that way rather than what he came up with.
Plan is to get an initial batch of ten and see where that takes us - might add an extra in the batch and keep in stock here for others who come to do the conversion later.
Will hustle him along - I need these very soon myself :)

OK I have spoken with the guy again today and it seems we are just about set to go - he has confirmed the price will be $150 each + GST (& postage to you from me). NZ guys, it could be better for you people to nominate a single NZ destination point for you all then distribute out amongst yourselves locally if that works better.
Can I ask those of you have shown interest to send me a pm to confirm your commitment. In the next week or so I will then ask you to transfer the money into my account.
Time frame is about 2 -3 weeks depending on sourcing the raw alum and machine time.
Thanks
Greg
