oh thought i would mention we wont be stock this season. :pimp

mods:

20g turbo (ported and polished)
2 1/4 intercooler pipes
modded stock intercooler with 2 1/4 ends
ported head
TEP camshaft
Dual HD springs
SS 1mm oversized valves
BOSCH fuel pump
2.5 down pipe and 2.5 side exhaust
ported exhaust manifold (stress relieved)

also:
a/c removed
abs removed
cruise control removed
Power Steering removed (converted to manual)
charcol canister removed and all egr and emissions removed

i have also removed any brackets for any items that have been deleted and smoothed them all out. and i have hidden all the wires that run alone the firewall too so that everything looks very basic. since its a muscle car theme i am trying to hide as much of the wires as i can cause muscle cars we pretty bare under the hoods since they ran carbs.

this is about the last pic i took of the engine bay.

although a V8 would be sweet with the muscle car theme, i am a true fan of the original 2.6 motor.

it will always stay true to its nature under the hood. it will never see a motor swap or MPI even, it will always stay Tb injection cause to me its part of its history and story behind the car. everyone had fast MPI cars , not everyone can pop their hood after winning a race and point out they got beat by TWO INJECTORS.

this was the pretty car, the fast car comes after this one is finished up. :beer

Does make me think of a muscle car :)

Something like this

Have you ever driven a "F" body car? They are the biggest heap of shit I have ever driven. They don't go, they don't stop and they don't handle.
