NEED HELP DIAGNOSING THIS NOISE! [ vid clip ]

I just bought this Starion as some may know from other topics and posts of mine and my main concern is this noise it is making.
It sounds like a noise a belt makes when it gets tired
when you give it a blip on the gas it makes this kind of whine/wirr noise as the revs go back to normal [ so not straight away when you give it the blip but at the end ]

try listen out for it in this vid

my man thinks it could be the balance shaft belts or bearings?

I really cant afford any major expensive problems as just bought it and its going to cost me enough to just get it warranted again wen it expires in a couple of months, and i totally exhausted all funds just to come up with the money to buy the car

Id take it to a amechanic but i really dont trust them and they usually seem to have no idea

so does anyone know how to get the little vid i took on my cellphone which is now sitting in my folder on computer onto here ? imageshack has an option for videos so figure there must be a way but have just spent ages trying to figure out how. Imageshack told me to download toolbar for it to work which ive done but still no joy?

There must be a way to chuck videos up?

computers been all screwed up acting all crazy

just so y all know, its a whining noise coming from the ps pump area its there at idle goes away as revs rise, gone by 1500 rpm i think its just stuffed ps pump. probably end up with rack and pinion at some stage.

if you think its the ps pump, try running without the belt to see if the noise goes away.
