I just provide the faces - they are pretty easy to fit. Instructions are included.

Colours can be changed.

You'll also need to specify what colour you want the numbers to be!? Red Blue, etc. :beer

actually numbers dont have coloring they use a green light.

Technically, yes - brushed aluminium look is possible with markings that glow, but they are incredibly difficult to get right (ie. the cost goes up a fair bit ;))

They do look cool though :)

Maybe he is going through some personal hardships and the last thing he cares about is people bickering. I understand that you paid for something, but he isn't a professional in this field. So maybe cut the guy some slack.
