i thought i would show you all what i am fitting intercooler wise into the rally staz.
it is a sierra cosworth RS500 intercooler.
i am having a custom aluminium rad made, so i thought why not get it made to fit around the intercooler
heres a few pics of the test fit;

it is not finished yet, as i need to fabricate brackets etc and weld in plattes to mount the radiator to etc.
but as a whole, i am quite impressed :)
