Its like they try to load but fail misserably...

I have figured it out though. You can't upload to the forum's server.
So using these wont work:
Upload Avatar from your machine:
Upload Avatar from a URL:

Because it uploads to the server. BUT what does work is:
Link to off-site Avatar:

This works because it doesn't upload to the server, it just renders from the location. Hope that helps until admin fixes it. So upload your avatar to photobucket or something and link it from there.
