nice numbers! thats really great man. Perhaps the load settings on the dyno weren't true to say how much you would get on the street?

Excellent number. Have you got the dyno plots at all? Would be great to see. How much boost were you running?

what turbo were you running.... 16g ?
Dyno print says hp is 263.5, same as the graph shows
Dyno print says max ft-lb torque is 254, but the graph shows 354 ft-lb? which is more characteristic of a 2 valve motor(unless its really cammed up to the point it softens up the bottom end).

after another look, the torque scale on the graph has to be off, seeing as hp and ft-lb of torque always equal to each other at 5252 rpm. A 16g would be making a lot more torque at the first point(3280 rpm) as well, so looks like a bigger turbo

Turbo was a HKS 2530 but looks like it has failed after the motorkhana event.

Just dropped it off to GCG, they are going to try put a GTX2863R on to my HKS T3 0.64 turbine housing. Was going to get a GTX2860R but he talked me into getting the next size up.

I booked in for a track day at Wakefield Park 20th June, but the Starion wont be ready by then. I'm long to take my SSS pulsar daily driver instead. I have been to Wakefield before so it will give me a chance to learn the track.

I installed and dialed in the Camtech stage 4 cam last night. Had to advance the adjustable cam wheel 13 degrees to get I was concerned about a lack of oil supply to the turbo so I cranked the motor over to double check, all looks good.

Next it to install the new turbo. GCG turbos installed a Garrett GTX2863 super core into my HKS RB25 (6-bolt Skyline) 0.64 rear housing. I was really impressed with the service from GCG and they gave the rear housing a birthday and it came back looking brand new.

Next change is to swap the M&W dual coil pack and EMS ignitor and switch to direct fire LS1 coil packs. I want to do this before the next tune. So I'm not having to tune it 3 time in 3 weeks.
