more pics to follow from the weekends racing

overall car performed well. few small issues like minor leaks and loosening bolts but these are easily fixable. only major issue was doing a gearbox change - BIG THANKYOU to avandull for helping change boxes so quickly. replacement box has 400,000+ kms on it but was faultless for sunday. thinking of doing rx7 conversion but the availability of the b2600 bell housings is an issue.

fastest time of the day for me was in the 1:06s which im pretty pleased about. car has heaps of potential and could easily make up 2-3seconds. i badly need an lsd though :(

won a trophy for best presented regularity post 1960s car and all weekedn had people asking me if it was the real thing which wasn't helped by the commentators who thought it was a genuine group a car.

all in all a good weekend, when i get time ill put up some pics of the interior, engine bay, etc.

That is awesome! Well done.
I'm wanting to do the same thing to my exhaust, have it coming out the drivers side, but probably just in front of the rear wheel. Did doing this mean you still had plenty of ground clearance? Any pics?
