sleepy eye mod, wink mod

i have a 87 starion tsi and i was wondering if there was a way to mod the head lights so u have to hold the button down for how long u want them to come up or down, or how u can wire in a way to control them? also i found a video online of a guy who makes his starion wink back and forth between headlights, how do i do that?

my starion has beemn set up so the head vlight switch is normal but there is a toogle swithch under the dash that moves the headlights up and down will have a look and see where it is wired 2
