Glynn, the front will cost you around $450 for the inserts and the rear will cost you around $810 to get the struts rebuilt or $610 to get them converted to take shocks.
most likely they wont fit. as the Starion is a runt of a car for suspension.

Would your ralliart shocks fit in the rear of my gsr galant?
Im using tm/tp magna struts in the rear at the moment though (these had to be used as a replacement for the buggered ajustable air suspension setup)
