DIY Front Spoilers

Gday all, I`m really keen on having a go at making a front spoiler for my JB Starion. Now I have used Fiberglass before (Shaping Surfboards) and i feel that i would have a good chance at pulling it off.

What I was wondering was if there was anyone out there that could give me as much info and insight into such an interesting task???

The net has nothing useful no matter where i look and Panel beaters and so forth let nothing come out of there mouths.

Please if you have any info at all let me know
