For Sale: This 1980-something canary yellow Ford Laser hatch 1.6L carby shitter is a fine example of why women should not be allowed near cars.
I have been informed that this model Laser has featured in the hit TV series, Neighbours on several occasions, so now's your chance to be part of Australian TV history! The main selling point for this car is that it starts and runs. Female owner, does a mean handbrake turn and will do a burnout on an oil slick. Custom front bar which fits perfectly nosed up against the back of a Pulsar SSS, its remarkable really. Mags are stock yellow 13"s. Has a working steering wheel! Digital clock (still on day-light savings time), radio, fan and heater also work. Recently serviced by myself but one spark plug is cracked and had to stay, so future services should be easier since you only have to change 3 plugs now. Auto gearbox is a reco as drive shafts were popping in and out and causing the car to chirp on take off.
Mods include the front bar as mentioned above, drift spec tyres all 'round, advanced dizzy timing, wool seat covers and new oil.
So treat yourself to an Aussie cult classic Ford Laser! you are bound to pull the chics* in this baby, or if that doesn't melt your butter, ring up your mates, tell em to organise a slab of VB and go out for a night of tear assing around the streets until it blows up, then just grab the plates, scratch off the VIN number and dump it on someone's lawn, or you could go rally driving, you know FWD cars are king at rally driving! Once you've had enough, drive up Mt.D and roll it off the side just for shits 'n giggles.
Do not miss this opportunity to be sporting a fully sick (and not just cos Thorpie says so) Ford Laser!
