Don't use the injectors though.. too small.

so cookie you are running this manifold arnt you? i was just lookng at the pictures of the manifold, and exactly what mods need to be done to put onto the starion head? apart from moving the throttle body (what size is this one on ebay??) what about the thermostat housing that would end up sticking out the back wouldnt it?

it has to be cut and welded to the other end. easy to do and looks good etc.

camotec are you refuring to the therstat housing, so is there already water holes on the other end so it can just be welded there and use the original starion top radiator hose??
does any one have pics if so that would be great.

Thermostat position stays where it is. Get a Magna TN thermostat housing.. it'll bolt straight onto the Sonata manifold and will point towards the radiator. Then you can run a longer radiator hose.
