Might not be quite a crazy as you think :)

Couple of years ago, I bought a few spare bits from a guy who was wrecking his Starion (bent round a tree) - he was putting the Starion engine into his Starwagon

Might not as stupid as it sounds, 'cos the Starwagon weighs in at about 300-odd kg less than a Starion...
Starion nutter since 1988...

Last MMC dragday I went to, I saw Manny in his Chariot GT (these came with EVO motors). Im not sure how he got on, but he was taking it in to pro-class. Had a big intercooler hanging out the front, blow off valve, and all. He requested that they rename pro-class to Pro-Bus.

Was quite sweet watching the 8 seater doing 4WD launches :D
