The four wires which connect into the Distributor, can you do me and feestyler a big favour, pull it out, unscrew the little plate surrounding the black rubber piece directing the four wires into the dizzy, and take a pic of how the four wires are located in the plug which plugs into the bottom of the dizzy insides. I don't want freestyler to plug 12v's into the wrong wire and damage something
Thanks in advance :P

Black is GND, Red is +12V, White is your home sensor and yellow is your trigger.
hehe, that's correct, but there are no colours because I removed it a while ago to rewire as the insulation was cracked only to find out Microtech programmed it to use a diff Optical distributor when I told them otherwise :x..........so to cut the long story short, I've forgotten which colur wires connect into the plug which plugs underneath into the inside of the bottom of the DASH optical distributor internals. Which is why I/freestyler needs a picture of it :P

Cheers for that mate :P
And those pics look familiar :D
/Btw the metal connector, you have to use a tiny/pointy screwdriver to open the middle part to then place the wire in and tighten it in both spots. Then on the bottom of each metal connector, there is a little piece of metal which you have to force out so that when you slot it into the plastic connector, it *clips* in and stays.
Plus get some Electro-magnetic interference tape and wrap the wires up for a fair distance. The Microtech CAS wiring is shielded all the way to the ECU and even the factory DASH was shielded/grounded to the main harness connector.

Sorry mate I just took apart today my dash but as I see the wires don’t go the same as yours. They go all away in and catch up with screws. How can I help you?

ATTN: Anyone that has an optical distributor from an l300 or similar, if you are in the sydney area can you PLEASE send me a Pm. If it is possible ide like to come over and look at the connections on the distributor so i can find out what wire connections go where. This would be this weekend on sunday.
I can take more pictures of what it will look like to you from the outside so its easier to see, will do that tonight.
Mrb1, does your JA have an optical distributor? If so, would it be possible for you to drive that over when you come to get pieces on the weekend so that I can check that out?
