Who who's ADSL service died yeterday at work? *put hand up*
Yesterday was so quiet, I got some work done and got no annoying emails :D

Al,
when something is wrong with the network my ISP sends me an SMS. This is what it said at 10.00am yesterday:

"Telstra are currently experiencing a nationwide DSL service outage. This is only affecting a portion of users (ie. refering here to my ISP users). There is no ETR at this time"

Gee I bet if you are are Telstra customer they don't tell you that!
