Maximum Intercooler Size with Air Con

Post by Neil »

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows the biggest intercooler you can fit while still keeping the air conditioning gear (condenser/receiver etc)?

Cheers

450x300 cores fit without having to cut anything and can be positioned well.

PWR do some cool cores with lots of end tank options.

If they are positioned up high and through the radiator support they can be whatever size you can fit that doesnt foul with your condenser &/or dryer/receiver.
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...
Increase engine performance & prolong engine life...
How?

The support for the bonnet catch may get in your way, but easy to make another one.

450x300 fills in the redzone JD air dam.
I used to have a 600x300 and it was a prick.
