WTB: Tefba water filter to suit

I want to buy one of these units, as shown on the top radiator hose in this photo:

I think Shannon (www.18u) has one on a car in his fleet.

They apparently come in different sizes, haven't measured the diameter of it at this stage.

Any idea who can supply one to me in Melbourne?
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...
