"Tail Clearance" fuse

I heard a pop in my fusebox, the "Tail Clearance" fuse went (I'm pretty sure I know where the dodgy wiring is), but should this affect the park lights and the dashboard illumination? :(

this has also happened to me
it did effect the dash backlights and one tailight, blew a few fuses than stoped for some reason ?

I think the problem is/was the ground wire that was connected to the stock stereo, hit the back of my VELNAS I think. Anyway, I pushed around the wires and replaced the fuse again, and all is working well so I guess the answer to my first question was yes, it will affect it.
