Worthwhile read about Sigmas, Cordias & Starions
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...

some wrong info in there - since when did Garrett make the TC06 turbo? Also AC Cordias never went to TD05 like they claimed, they went to TC05 like the Starion did.

Good read.

I question whether people actually 'baulked' at the styling of the Starion. Still looks good to me and the many compliments I get from driving it around....

Also, I wonder if the Police Dash Cordia really did exist?? A high-flowed turbo cordia was a very quick car in its day!!

don't know about a police cordia but i know a couple of elderly mechanics who say they remember back in the days when they used to service the police fleet and there were a few police starions..

in any case i disregard the fact that their memory might be failing them ;)

No Starion police cars but certainly in NSW and SA were Cordia's They had real problems initially with top end speed of the Cordias due to the original lights and sirens mounted on the roof.
