Front plate position

Post by Vulpes »

I want to re-locate my front plate once i install my new JD front bar. I hope to delete the number plate holder. Is it legal ( like I give a rats ) to have the number plate mounted lower ?

As long as you have a plate on the front you should be right. Evo's etc run them to the side on factory looking brackets. I think you would be unlucky to get done for an off centre plate.

In the bottom picture, it stops the air flow from going to the brakes. So if you are going to the track etc, take the plate off before going for a run. That is all I wanted to offer. :beer
