Not sure if you guys ever got anything like this. 1992 Eagle Talon, same as Mitsu Eclipse. Turbo, 5speed, AWD, pretty much a 2 door VR4. This is what I tinker with and unlike my Starion's, it actually runs. lol. My kids love riding in it, Mrs. is scared shitless of it, and the import punks hate to see me driving it.
Mod list:
JE 9:1 pistons
Eagle Rods
Balance shafts eliminated
Head o-ringed by BR and ported by John Shepherd (titanium valve springs)
Crower Cams (lopey idle)
BR Extrude Honed Intake Manifold
SX fuel pressure regulator
RC 550cc injectors
BR 20g ported and polishied turbo
BR race only fmic
HKS wastgate (externally dumped)
HKS VPC (Speed density)
Eprom ECU with unkown chip
BR Intake
Battery relocated to trunk
ACT 2600lb pressure plate w/6 puck solid clutch plate
Fidanza flywheel
Lenso 17" wheels 14lbs each
Brand new Dunlop Tires
BR turbo back 3"exhaust
KYB AGX adjustable shocks and struts
Ground control coil overs
Eibach springs
MSD dis-2 ignition
SPI Boost and Autometer Phantom A/F gauges
Viper Alarm
New rear brakes, calipers and rotors
New front wheel bearings
New front ball joints
Slotted rotors on front
Poly bushings in suspension
Bigger F&R sways
New TPS and IAC
Real nice Pioneer CD player with steering wheel remote
Alpine Components in the doors
Body is pretty rough. I've got a new hood and fender in process of being installed. Tip top mechanical shape though. Hopefully I'll get some bigger injectors and a dyno tune in the near future. If I don't sell it first.

I've seen these on the US forums and sites a bit and gotta say I really like them.
Your's looks to be a very nice example, as you say once the body is tidied up you'll have a very respectable car that goes hard and isnt run of the mill.
Thanks for posting up about it. I love reading/seeing things from stateside especially with background shots showing a little of the country/landscape/homes etc. Gives us a bit of insight into your lifestyle and way of living which is edumacational and opens our eyes to different cultures.
Cheers mate :beer
