lights no turn off

just a small prob. main light switch broke last night after getting home, bit of plastic must be lodged cus the button wouldn't release... had to unplug the battery to fix it. and looks like its the 2nd time its happened.

anyone had this prob and is there an easy way to dissmantle the inner metal/plastic part to avoid dammage.

You need to take the complete dash binnacle off to get the switches out. It's not hard - take your time and dont force or overtighten anything (thats when breakages happen)

thanks, yeh i know not to rush with anything on here. have pulled it all apart now and i might be able to fix it with a piece of wire to bridge the 2 pieces of plastic together.
