exhaust manifold

any one made a exhaust manifold with steam piping,if so tell me how many bends u need.

I have.
Number of bends depends on how elaborate (or not) the manifold is. ie a log style will only require a handfull and individual equal length runners significantly more. I used next to no straight - the 1m I have left makes an awesome leverage bar though.
Take a rough stab - they aren't big $$ items. (only a couple of dollars ea from memory)
4G63 - 87kg
4G54 - 107kg

I don't think pics my manifold will help you given that it wasn't in a starion nor a starion motor.
