hmm, we could either leave the rear lights out, or maybe source a common similarly shaped light and change the hole to fit?

I guess an extra brake light would be handy to stop people running up our arses

rofl
classic.

i think that another light could be sourced and accomodated to fit in, like factory. well thats the plan. depends on how the majority wants them to start with and then i guess other moulds could be made for one with a light, and aerial hole. Then maybe one without the light and aerial hole. You get the idea, though this is going to take some time. The results should be well worth it.
I have to save up some more $$ before i go ahead and place my order.
This is definately do able, and should be affordable as there won't be huge shipping costs from o/s. I'll run a few no's and see what i can up with as a final $$ amount.
:)

With a little bit of work, the mould can be made without provision for the brake light but with a flat panel that can be removed (cut out) should one wish to install it.

Ahh the beuty of FRP

Well Guys....
The First ever ( For ME ) 3 Piece Spoiler SHIPPED to Australia TODAY. Yes in one piece. I managed to SNEAK this one by the Post Office clerks so its on its way to the lucky recipient.

So its basically HIT or MISS as I had to go to 4 different Post Offices to get it to go through due to its length. So if nothing goes wrong the new owner will have it in 4 to 6 weeks.

Just letting you guys know that "I got one passed the goallie" :D

3 Piece Rear Wing from US arrived today!

Post by bodeo »

Just a quick post to advise that the 3 piece rear wing I ordered through Oscar arrived today.

I'd also like to add that the service provided by Oscar has been excellent, a few points:
1. Prompt service, responded to emails within 1-2 days
2. Emailed copies of all receipts when the goods were sent
3. Goods were well packed and matched original pictures and description
