You really need a heavy P/P with the Organic disc to get it to hold 200Kw ATW, like about 2400 Pounds of clamp pressure, if you can mix and match Exedy Parts, get the heaviest P/P you can get + Exedy Organic disc.

The problem is slipping/ which heats up the Organic material and can burn it which then means it looses its friction, so in essence get a very Heavy P/P will make sure you can't slip the clutch very much and still hold the power :)

As long as you are good on the shifts, and the Master/Slave Cylinders are perfect, then you'll be very unlucky to get caught out grinding gears/synchros, which will help the box hold up for a good amount of time.
Computer games don't affect kids I mean if PacMan affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music :D

was that a narrow box setup or starion block and gearbox?

leat it sounds like an exedy one will do the job

would there organic disk be any better than going in and buying a standard replacement clutch kit (any brand) an then getting the p/plate upgraded from a specialist clutch place

I've got mine from them. I've got the dual friction one, they are available in 225mm and 240mm disc. I'm very happy with it, clutchpedal feels almost like stock it's slightly heavier.
