Post by benny »

front seats are stuffed.. anyone done a re-trim and re-bolster? if so what would be a ballpark figure? would prefer the original seats rather than new race seats.

It depends on whether you want cloth, leather or vinyl. Also dependant on condition of seats/foam.

I had my front seats, top of rear seats recovered in vinyl and some carpeting done for about $800.

I had a driver's seat re-trimmed in leather dyed to the original colour for about $450 - no rebolstering though.

I might've done something different if I'd had both front seats done, but there was nothing wrong with my passenger seat.
