I think I have worked out how to post a pic!!

This is our JB - original paint and the wheels were part of the original purchase package - and the decals.
1985 JB - owned from new.
1986 JD - used to own one.......

Thanks Matt G and Old Fart - the whole car is out of the eighties! I think the wheels look quite stale compared to some flash ones I have seen on this site.
I am not sure wheels are the highest priority for us at the mo :)

Very clean.

But that car screams for some FR17 simmons
-JA Starion with JD bits , Forged engine, Heaps of mods (parked up)
-BFII XR6 Turbo Ute , Here comes 400hp for 2k :p
-77 Mazda 323 drag car. 13bt rotary project.

Yes i have too many toys.

have never seen that scheme before, especially the line around the window through to the front, and just the single black line running the whole length... a real snapshot of the 80s right there! love it

The black rubber strip was put on after we got sick of all the small dents from people opening doors - it has enabled the original paint to be retained :)
I thought the Turbo on the handles was standard??

Looks great mate!

I've always thought 2-tone looks great on older cars.

I have'nt seen that sticker design before on a Starion..

Only from the JB onwards, I think. No JAs were ever produced with those.

nice one! the factory 2 tone cars had the turbo door handles, they were a limited edition. it SHOULD have option code D60 listed on the plate on the firewall too mate (limited slip diff, 18mm instead of 16mm rear swaybar)
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.
