hand brake set up

does anyone know where i can get some hand brake cables?
mine didnt come with the car, i went to auto pro and got quoted rediculous prices... will another cars fit?
or does anyone know where to get a set?

if they haven't been cut! Probably best to get some sent to you if you're in Loxton, do you come to adel much? There used to be a starion at the elizabeth u-pull it, don't know if the handbrake cable is there anymore though.

Scorpion handbrake cables will fit, just need to use the starion hanger bracket, worked well on mine!

They regularly appear on ebay under worldwide or US.

Also, I've seen it at 'Buy it Now' section for around US$42 brand new plus shipping....not bad!

I had mine custom made by Warringah brakes in Brookvale when they seized last year. Pricey though, although it did include fitting and brake caliper rebuild!

They might still have the exact length etc and be able to post them.
