Could be any of a number of things - electrics, fuel, vacuum, yada yada. Can you provide any further info on what happens and the circumstances (e.g. idling, driving, under boost, etc) ?
Starion nutter since 1988...

This sounds like a TPS sensor problem.
Mine has left me stranded in the middle of F@$ING no were after making a 300 mile trip with NO issues.

I say CHACK the TPS or better yet swap it out for a known good one if possible and drive it to see if the problem persists.

The TPS check procedure is in your Service manual as its long to type and describe here.
Cheers

yer check your tps or the third back line on the right coming out of your throttle body, this usually holds your idle I think?

look for vacuum leaks
after alot of ff cars, I think it is time for me to try a fr :O

Old-school,
So how much do you want for it, as-is?
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...
Increase engine performance & prolong engine life...
How?
