no its a starion block with vr4 head its still got the starion manual gearbox in it
im not going to put the auto in it yet as im going to sell it for something a bit newer maybe 32gtr i want the 4wd power

i dont know what its worth?? i know what i spent on it
motor itself is worth nearly $10000 with all the boltonz
but you never make money on cars like this rofl
probally 9-10grand i think is a fair price

i love the car im just broke and cant afford to keep it

did you get an adapter plate made up for the 2/speed ???, or not as yet .

im in the process of doing the same , but i am leaning towards a 3 speed jatco , much lighter and cheaper than 2 speed glide ....

finish the thing off , dont sell it half done , remember why you built it dont loose sight .

get the power figures up and some decent times on the board , thats what is going to sell the thing , people want stats , not it may run **** hp and ** down the 1/4 , any one can say it will do this but prove it with fact and you are on your way .

well at least you have accepted that you dont get your money back in a hipo build up , well thats life , but people tend to forget about the time they have put into the project .

r32 gtr , what can i say , great machine , but its been done before numerous times ....

starion down the 1/4 mid 10's not done as yet ...
your build is quite capable to do this , the auto will be the main factor , shame the starion has IRS , not great for launching , but hey look at the ls1 nationals , they are running in the 10's factory set up rear end , but with researched adjutments and tweaks , putting power to the ground is the challenge ....

go on , finish it , set it up , and i bet once you have one this you wont want to sell .
as i said no starion in oz has come close to an 11 sec 1/4 .
talk about status it could all be yours ...

:D give me something to chase after ,
old skool jap ...........
there is no substitute...........

dont have adapter for auto yet was going to use L300 auto bellhousing seen it done looks fairly simple

gtr i know its been done but so am i im getting older maybe wiser
i like 4wd turbo's like the shape of the 32 and i want to use a stagea auto in it :wtf: :wtf: i know you probally think im crazy but hey its what i want

i know the starion would run some good times its all about a simple recipe get it right use good parts dont skimp on quality or workmanship simple but i dont care iv lost the love it seemed like a cool thing to do 5 years ago but now im not into it

mate has same mods in his galant vr4 good for 280kw at all 4wheels on 20psi with race fuel ran a flat 12 with 180kwatw yet to run with new power
if my starion is half the car his is i dont see why it wouldn't see 300kw easy enough with bigger injectors and turbo will be at the end of its power
i will finish it of paint carpet ect but it will be sold asap 0412569336

decent effort
throwing parts together is only half the battle towards good numbers.
Requires dedication for outstanding results. Won't happen once you've lost the passion. I'd bail out at this point also if that were the case.

Who says staz IRS can't launch and run low ETs ? Don't believe it.
