yes none of us on this site can afford to spend anything on our cars, all of ours are stock.
i can name many cars on this site that make your look like a wreck
oh mine aint one of them

look...your car is nice...but it aint that nice...you have nice seats but your dash looks like shit...looks like you have done a bit of work to your engine but dont over exagerate it....nice paint...shouldve chosen a different spoiler....how come no pics of any flashy mags!!!

Its not very often the austarion forums gets sinical (i think thats how you spell it) but when people make bold claims without producing the goods we cant help it.

Dont get me wrong your car looks very nice, especially the exterior and seats, But the worlds greatest? i dont know. You havent even painted the engine bay, how can it be a show car. It may have good HP, the turbo looks the goods, but with the standard L300 throttle body you couldnt squeeze hugh HP thru it, But i could be wrong.

As far as not being able to spend money on our cars. Some of us can, but others dont need to as we do it ourselves. You dont know how much money people earn.

Now i dont consider my car to be anywhere near show car material but i do take pride in it as i did most of myself. The interior is nice but not show car material www.pbase.com/image/25142916 .it dosen't have 500hp but, in 2 - 3 weeks it might have 200 - 220 @ the wheels, which is enough for me. www.pbase.com/image/25142916

Anyway Chris, I apologise if any of my comments upset you but they needed to be said. Best of luck selling your car i hope you sell it. But to see the worlds greatest Starion maybe you should visit the American starion sites.

the other 2 switches are for the rear windows.

The car is a Sapporo, Scorpion Body, Starion driveline. The dash is Digital the speedo, taco, boost guage and climate display are digital, it looks mint. the climate display is a picture of a person sitting in the drivers seat. as you adjust the air controls the display changes to the way the air would flow around the driver and as you adjust the temp the colour of the air changes from green to orange to red.

The Japs were way ahead in 1981.

The little thing siting on top of the steering colum is the shift light and water temp warning light.
