Great work there Jason, perhaps I shouldnt have given up on the Nissan calipers so soon.

Will the bracket design morph out to suite the NSX rotors?

not sure mate. it will depend on if the nsx rotors are the same thickness as my standard 276mm widebody rotors and the 4 stud hub being the same depth us the 5 stud ones.

sorry to answer your question with questions.

i'm using 300mm RAV4 rotors, very shallow design, very thin rotors, got the skyline calipers narrowed, simple alloy brackets which took a LOT of r&d

Hi starion4me,

did you have to upgrade the master cylinder for the brake upgrade and did you happen to measure the size of the brake piston?

Cheers

Heres the drawing - use at own risk. merlins drawing used for the base holes and then modified by me to adapt the nissan calipers

Also i upgraded the master cylinder as the pedal was too long for my liking. Used JB1775 nissan patrol has the same bore as the 300zx

thanks
