If it has 2 prongs like a T in shape, its the cold start fuel cutt off valve solenoid thingy, which is electric operated.

That looks like one of the earth wires! Check where it goes. If it grounds, make sure the contacts are clean, the wire isn't frayed or rusted and plug it back in! Not having all your earth wires connected can cause an overload and start a fire! :D

Seriously, you need to connect it! I have just replaced my entire engine and wiring. My connector was also burned\melted. The reason for this was because it was the ONLY earth for the entire engine that was connected! The auto electrician said he can't believe it didn't set on fire! I'm positive your connector is the same one!

I have just connected them......nothing special happend :)
besides shortly, strange sound "bzzzzzz" (like electric motor?) which was came from mixer (I think).

Moreover engine don't want to start. I must turn the key a few times (like as the bendix would be bad, but it isn't - it is new). This "defect" has appeared since 2005 :(

There's always a few stray connectors in engine bays, they're for things like testing the fuel pump and checking the ECU error codes.

I would of thought the engine would always be very well grounded because the main negative cable connects to the gearbox/starter motor which has a pretty good contact with the engine.
