Tried to use it today and it had errors on page with just top bar and a heap of smileys...
Is it an IRC chat? can i just use mIRC and log on that way??

what do you need more control over?
its only for chat between who evers online... and yeah its just a web based irc client.. u can use mirc if you want, just connect to austnet and join #austarion

also if you dont want to use the web based one or if it doesnt work for you(dont know why lol) then you can download a copy of mirc below, which all u need to do is put your name in, and it will automatically connect you to austnet and also automatically join the #austnet channel
