heya

my starion doesnt have full plastic around the head unit
does anyone have a full one they can measure up for me as i want to make a one piece holder, inc head unit hole dimensions aswell

I made a custom one also out of lexan.
I just measured the hole, on the conservative side and if it was a little big I took a bit more off...

Lexan... won't shatter like perspex...
I got an offcut free from work...

But what ever you can get your hands on... perspex will be ok..

sweet will a plastics place sell this?
how hard is it to set a gauge in there on an angle towards the driver? whats the best methos of attack with this? mould in there and build up with fibreglass

Don't know, but I know how you can find out. I have this device at my house called a 'phone'. Using this device enables you to communicate with others with minimal effort.
