You could just measure the distance between the side pieces and follow them for the lengths of the folds. Then make one from cardboard and trim/modify to suit.
By the way, I can't get to mine yet to measure it for you, it's in the back of the shed :(

OK did a measure - i gather you have the required metal bits and rubber bits etc..
Heres a pic so you know what i'm referring to with the measurements
Show Image:
All measurements are with the carpet on which prob adds .25cm each surface.
So from the top (which will locate nearest the back seats)
Width - 100.5cm
Width at divide (where it bends) - 106.5cm
Width at hatch end 115.5cm
The distance from top to divide is 29cm
The distance from divide to bottom is 36cm (important this measurement is from centre as the tray has a curving edge on it) Also this measurement is of the wood, the rubber bit adds a little bit more onto it.
The side lengths are 63cm long on the angle. (don't have an angle measuring thingy but i'm sure you can figure it out.
Hope that helps just make sure the two side angles are the same before you start cutting otherwise you'll need to start again. I actually made one up and had all the measurements when i was back in NZ about a month ago should've posted way back then.
