yeah thats what i thought.. i didn`t think that the later cars ever had the scoop bonnet. but this one (from the nose cut) definitely is the original one that came on that car. it has the dash stickers stuck underneath it (or at least it did til i carefully peeled em off yesterday coz i didn`t want to paint over em)FST4RD wrote:Yeah it does have the bigger slip on front brakes. Yeah it's the factory flat bonnet, i'm going to try a bonnet with the scoop to see what it's like, but with out the skirt at the moment hard to visualise.....
Funny though JAS's wide body with next to no k's on it has a bonnet with the scoop which isn't factory, maybe the japs really liked those bonnets??
i think everyone likes the scoop bonnets more, except for the motoring journo`s when they were new!
