Picked up some parts the other day, I filled a 5x8 cage trailer almost to the top and filled the ute. It's all the parts from a JA, less the shell itself. combined with my parts from my wrecked JA, i have a lot of parts for sale.

I changed over to a Bosch Magna alternator (bolts straight on but needs a different length belt). Minor wiring change needed and you have to add a "charge light" but it's easy to do. Plus parts for these distributors are dirt cheap and will be around for a very long time.

The pulley unbolts.. just swap it for a Staz one. Otherwise, you can use a Bosch universal 85A unit, but you need to make an adaptor for the mount. I did this on my sigma - I used two alternator adjusting brackets that I cut up to make adaptors. Worked well and cost me nothing :)
