hey guys,
does anyone have or know where i can get the front seals/gaskets for the gearbox.
i think mine are leaking.

just about any bearing shop will have what you need, just get the housing size, shaft size and depth of housing, call them up and het some hi temp seals, viton ones are best - used to sell this stuff for a living, hope it helps

Tom.....the fluid will always look black as it mixes with clutch dust.
Tranny fluid was sometimes used at Mits. but that was for people who had poofter hands and didnt like the original feel.

I cant realy be sure, but the gearbox leak is something i see in nearly all the boxes we pull out. The rear main is hardly a problem...in fact i dont thinki have ever changed one! But there is always gonna be one leaking sooner or later. If you have a look at the back of the flywheel and its all oily then it will be a rear main seal.
